GOOGLE REVIEW
‘I was very hesitant at first when trying to find someone to create a website for me for my new business, and I’m so glad I came across Steven, as the whole experience has been phenomenal. We designed my logo and website, and to top it off, Steven also helped me design my business cards and leaflets and handled ordering them. Throughout, Steven was always easy to reach, and communication was spot on. The website has only been live for a few weeks and has already generated organic inquiries through the site. I would 100% recommend Steven if you’re looking to level up your online presence.’

Alex Longley, PPF Works

Where it started
Alex’s first email was refreshingly simple. He was starting his own business in the automotive scene, wanted a rough idea of costs, and was happy to talk it through on the phone. He knew what he liked: something clean and simple, plus a way for the business to show up on Google without relying on paid ads. He even sent over a couple of example sites to show me the look he wanted.
Starting a business is a lot to take on, and choosing who to trust with your website can feel like a leap of faith. My job was to make that part straightforward, so Alex could focus on the work itself.
Building the brand
Before we could build a website, PPF Works needed an identity. Paint protection film is a premium service, and customers are trusting you with cars they care deeply about. The logo and visual identity had to feel precise, professional, and confident at first glance. Once the brand was signed off, we rolled it out across business cards, leaflets and workshop signage. I also handled the print ordering, so Alex had one less thing to juggle while getting the business off the ground.
Designed to convert
When you’re a new business, every enquiry counts. So rather than designing a site that just looked good, we built it around one question: how does someone go from landing on the page to getting in touch? We added clear service pages for PPF, detailing, and coatings, kept completed vehicle projects front and centre, and made sure the enquiry route is never more than a tap away. Alex’s own photography did the heavy lifting, letting visitors see the finish and attention to detail for themselves.
Found on Google from day one
Alex wanted to grow organically, so the SEO foundations went in from the start rather than as an afterthought. Clear page structure, well-written service content, location signals and properly set-up search tools give PPF Works a platform it can keep building on. It’s already paying off: within a few weeks of going live, PPF Works was getting enquiries straight from Google.
What’s next
With the brand and website in place, PPF Works has a solid base for whatever comes next, whether that’s more project write-ups, new service pages or local marketing. The site has already done its job in one unexpected way: it caught the eye of another detailing business, who got in touch after seeing it.
Off to a flying start
It’s been a genuine pleasure helping Alex launch his first business, and his review genuinely made my day. Seeing an idea become a brand, a workshop, and a website that’s already bringing in work is exactly why I love what I do.
Starting a new business or launching a detailing studio? I’d love to hear about it.
